Overview
IOG is 50% owner and operator of the Saturn Banks Project – Phase 1, which entails the development of three fields, Blythe, Elgood and Southwark, in the UK Southern North Sea. The remaining 50% interests are held by CalEnergy Resources (UK) Limited (CER).

Development
Final Investment Decision (FID) on Phase 1 was declared in October 2019, the Field Development Plan (FDP) was approved by the UK government in April 2020 and First Gas was achieved in Q1 2022.
